“OVERDELIVERED. Our trademark was provisionally refused due to a misclassified service, I contacted him to file a response to remove it. Instead of just getting it removed, he took initiative and found evidence that the service was in fact correctly classified, presented me with options to just remove or try saving it. I wanted to just remove it to avoid further costs in case it was denied again. Well, he didn’t give up that easy, as I later learned. He tracked down the attorney who made the decision, called her and convinced her the entry was correct, and they agreed Stephen will add a note in the response about the decision, so that an appeal wouldn’t be denied. At this point he confirmed with me that he can file the appeal instead of the removal request. Of course I agreed. All that within a day of first contact. Unreal. I’m speechless.”
